- Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper to wrap around the widest part of your nail bed.
- Mark the width, then measure it using a ruler (you can also use a mobile app with ruler function).
- Repeat this process for all five fingers on one hand.
Tip: Always measure your **dominant hand**, as nail beds may vary slightly between hands.
